A Intellegentia or SpinnakerPro authors Narragasett Technologies does not condone the use of SpinnakerPro to aid in the sending of unsolicited email. If you believe a customer of Intellegentia or Narragansett Technologies has used our software to send unsolicited email, please report this person/company by sending an email to abuse@narragansett.ie. We will endeavour to deal with the problem as quickly as possible.

Q How does the European Legislation on SPAM affect the operation of SpinnakerPro?
A A The new European (highlight this and go to EU article) legislation requires an opt-in process for email marketing. The functionality within SpinnakerPro has been extended to collect opt-in information from respondents. This not only meets the requirements of the legislation but speeds up the collection of permissible information, saving money. The legislation also requires a clear option to unsubscribe from any further communication, this is always been a key feature of SpinnakerPro.
