EIPC Chooses Intellegentia for European Email Communications

European Independent Purchasing Company (EIPC) Ltd., a non-profit making organisation owned by SUBWAY® franchisees in Europe, has implemented Intellegentia’s ProAgency system for its email communications service as part of its overall communication strategy. EIPC is using the Intellegentia ProAgency system to communicate essential business-to-business information about the supply of goods and services to SUBWAY® franchisee stores in a fast and effective manner.

The challenge was to develop an email communications platform for Europe that could be managed and run by the Supply Chain Managers in each of the European regions and which would ultimately integrate fully with the company’s new business extranet. Many of the communications are time sensitive or need to reach a specific segment of SUBWAY® franchisees with information relevant only for them. The system enables EIPC to deliver these messages directly and in a format that works for busy people.

“Using Intellegentia has allowed us to centrally control the templates, content and images that are used in all scheduled EIPC communications. By creating smart templates in this way, not only are we able to get all the key facts directly to our franchisees, but we can turn around our newsletters much quicker.”
